Rose Villa is a home reborn. What was once a five–bedroom house has been distilled into three expansive rooms,  not a subtraction, but an act of clarity. The reimagined spaces now breathe with intention, open to light, air, and the rhythm of the garden.

Over two hundred plant species envelop the villa, softening its architecture into something almost organic. Five varieties of roses bloom in shifting colours and fragrances, while a flourishing orchard offers oranges, bananas, and other fruits throughout the seasons. At the heart of it all, a glass conservatory dissolves the boundary between inside and out, inviting nature inward and daily life outward.

Inside, every finish, stone, timber, and fabric was selected for its tactility and permanence, chosen with the client’s hand and vision. Paired with the curated plant life, these details root the villa in a quiet, timeless identity that is both personal and enduring.

Rose Villa is less a renovation than a reawakening, a home that listens to its garden and, in doing so, finds harmony.
